These vehicles are taxis? they have padded luggage racks for seating....with a handle attached underneath the seat ,along with a foot rest on each side, most ladies ride "sidesaddle"...its the cheapest mode of public transportation in town......I don't know the population of Mongoma ,but it seems there are 10,000 bikes there.....Wednesday, June 11, 2008
